How to register an account

 

 

If you have already registered on another channel, please login.

You can use mobile phone number or email to register Panda Remit. We also support one-click login via Apple ID, Facebook, Google, etc.!

 

How to verify remitter identity

 

After all the above preparations are ready, we officially begin the operation!

Due to regulatory requirements in Brazil, you need to complete identity verification first!

 

 

After completing the above information, proceed to verification.

Panda Remit supports four types of ID verification, choose one of them:

Global passport, Brazil driver's license, Brazil resident identity card, Brazil foreigner residence card.

 

Reminder: When taking the picture, please place the document on a stable desktop, align it with the recognition box as a whole without missing corners or edges, no light reflection, and then click to shoot.

 

After you're done taking the picture, we will complete the account review within one working day! You can continue to operate without waiting!

How to add a recipient

 

For a remittance to China, a recipient can receive money via Weixin, Alipay, and all kinds of China bank cards nationwide!

1. If the payee encounters any problems, he/she can solve them by consulting the online customer service.

2. Do not transfer money to strangers! If a stranger requests a transfer, please contact the online customer service in advance to verify the situation.

 

Attention: Please carefully check the remittance information. If there are coupons available, you can choose to use one of them. If the remittance information is correct, click on "Pay Now".

Make the payment and wait for money arrival.

 

Panda Remit provides two payment methods : [Pix payment] & [bank transfer], please choose the remittance method according to your actual situation.

 

After the remittance payment is completed, you can check the progress of the remittance order in the "Remittance Record", and then wait for Panda Remit to process it.
