Step 2 Create Your Panda Remit Account
On the transfer screen, confirm CAD and THB, then select Send Now. Then select Register and choose Canada as the country or region you are sending from.

Set Canada as the sending country and Thailand as the destination. Enter the amount you want to send, then review the exchange rate, fees, and the amount the recipient will receive in THB.

Open the account verification section, enter the required payer information, choose an accepted identity document, and photograph the document as prompted.

Accepted documents shown in the app include a passport, a Canadian driver's licence, and a Canadian permanent resident card.

Choose Bank Account, then select the recipient's bank. The app also shows major Thai banks such as Siam Commercial Bank, Government Savings Bank, Bangkok Bank, and Kasikorn Bank.

Step 6 Enter the Recipient Details
Enter the recipient's name exactly as shown on the bank account, select the recipient's bank, enter the account number, and choose the remittance purpose. Check every detail before continuing.

Step 7 Review and Confirm the Transfer
Review the recipient and bank information, the THB amount the recipient will receive, the CAD amount you will pay, the exchange rate, fees, and any coupon. Select Send Now only after every detail is correct.

Select one of the payment methods available for your transfer. The app accepts Interac e-Transfer, a Visa or Mastercard debit card, or Apple Pay. Review any extra fee and processing details before continuing.
