If you or your recipient are receiving money via Alipay for the first time, you’ll need to set up a receiving method before the funds arrive.
After choosing Alipay as your receiving option, set up payments to your Alipay Balance or Travel Wallet in advance so your transfers can be credited automatically, with no manual confirmation required.
Follow the steps to set up your receiving method. Once setup is complete, future transfers will be credited automatically.
Please note:
-After you complete the manual steps to receive your transfer, Alipay will display “Payment Processing.” Your funds will usually arrive in RMB within 3–5 minutes.
-You can change your receiving method at any time under “Billing and Payment Methods.”
-If you’re unable to receive the funds or the payment fails, please contact PandaRemit’s online customer support or email service@pandaremit.com.
