Users residing in Singapore can use household utility bills as proof of address for cross-border remittances. Each household has a unique utility bill number. For application and inquiry, visit the Singapore Power Group official website: www.spgroup.com.sg. The utility bill must clearly show your name, residential address, proof of address date, issuing institution name, and be a bill issued within the last six months, with a clear photo. Missing essential details will cause review failure.

Steps to obtain utility bills:
Utility bills can be obtained by logging into the SP official website (Singapore Power Group) on a computer or downloading the SP mobile app. Below is how to obtain them via the mobile app:

Download the bill via mobile: Go to the app store to download [SP Utilities]. After downloading, click -Link Utilities Account- in the app.

Fill in personal utility bill information as shown in the diagram and submit. After filling, query your personal utility bills in -Bills-.
Note: Use bills from the last six months.

Download or screenshot the utility bill and save it to your phone album. Go to the PandaRemit account review page, upload the photo, and submit for review.
