Take Singtel as an example; Singtel telephone bills can be queried on the Singtel official website: https://mybill.singtel.com. The telephone bill must clearly show your name, residential address, proof of address date, issuing institution name, and be a bill issued within the last six months, with a clear photo. Missing essential details will result in review failure.

Steps to obtain telephone bills:
Telephone bills can be obtained by logging into the Singtel official website on a computer or downloading the Singtel mobile app. Below is how to obtain them via the mobile app:

Download [MySingtel] from the app store. After downloading, open the app, click Bills, and select your account.

Click on historical bills, select the latest bill, and download it.
Note: The bill date must be within the last six months.

Download or screenshot the telephone bill and save it to your phone album. Go to the PandaRemit account review page, upload the photo, and submit for review.

Ensure you upload a proof of address issued within the last six months, with clear photos showing your name, residential address, proof of address date, and issuing institution name. Missing information will cause review failure.
