Transfer Process

1. Create an Order in the App

At the home page, enter the amount you want to send and tap "Send Now".

Then add a recipient and choose your payment method (online banking or ATM).

2. Make a Payment via Your Bank Account

After placing your order, you’ll see Panda Remit’s local bank account in Japan.

Please transfer the payment via your own internet banking or ATM, and upload your payment receipt.

You only need to transfer from your own personal bank account to our 三菱UFJ銀行, it doesn’t matter which bank you use.

💡 Important Notes:

1. You need to pay manually in your bank App/ online banking or ATM. We don't link to your bank account in our App.

2. We do not support cash transfers, please use your own bank account for payment.

3. Please transfer from your own personal account with the correct order amount.

Transfer Speed

Once we receive your payment, we will immediately submit it to our partner bank for processing to your payee account. Don't forget to upload your payment receipt to your order.

99% of transfers are completed within 1 business day after we receive your payment, quickest within 10 mins.

Processing time may vary depending on the destination country and the recipient bank's working hours.

💡 Potential Delays:

If your payment is made after your bank's business hours, there might be a delay. The bank may process your payment on the next working day, the process time may be shown on your payment receipt.
