1. Click "Add money" on your Touch 'n Go eWallet App home page

 

2. Click the "International options" button

4. Click "Sign Up"

 

5. Fill in your phone number to register, you can click the country flag to change your phone number region.

Select the sending country "Singapore", and then click "Send Code"

Verify your account in Panda Remit

 

 

Log in to your Panda Remit account with your phone number, and start to verify your account.

 

It is recommended to use Singpass to verify your Panda Remit account, you can easily tap the option and verify your account in 30 seconds.

 

 

 

Add Touch 'n Go eWallet recipient account

 

 

Please open your Touch 'n Go App to find your unique 12-digit DuitNow number and enter it in the Panda Remit App.

 

 

 

 

Make your remittance order in Panda Remit

 

 

1. Enter the amount you want to remit on the app's home page, then click the "Send Now" button.

 

2. Select the previously added Touch 'n Go eWallet recipient account.

 

3. Confirm the order details and click the "Pay Now" button.

 

 

 

4. Select a payment method, with PayNow recommended.

 

 

5. Open your banking app and scan the payment QR code to transfer. 


Please ensure your payment amount matches your order total. If there's a discrepancy, contact customer service for assistance. 


Please note only personal accounts can be used for payment, payments from company or other person's accounts cannot be processed.

 

 

6. After completing payment in your banking app, please wait for the order status to update. Funds can arrive as quickest as 2 minutes.

 

 

 

How to upgrade the Touch 'n Go Wallet Tier

 

By completing identity verification (eKYC), you can significantly increase your wallet limit to ensure smooth transfers!

📌 Attention: TNG eWallet has a maximum size limit of RM20,000!


If you choose to receive money via TNG eWallet and send multiple transactions, please use or withdraw your balance after receiving the first transfer. Otherwise, your next transfer may fail due to exceeding the limit.

1. Make sure your TNG eWallet is eKYC verified to enjoy the maximum RM20,000 limit.
