Handling a large transfer might feel overwhelming at first, but don’t worry—it’s simpler than it seems. By following the right steps, you can send your funds quickly, securely, and without hassle.
This guide will take you through the process step by step, ensuring everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
Getting Started with Large Transfers
Transfer limits vary by currency. In this guide, we’ll use SGD as an example, with a minimum transaction amount of 40,000 SGD and a maximum of 100,000 SGD.
1. Under the "Personal Transfer" section, select the Large option.
2. Choose the currency you want to send and the recipient’s currency.
3. Fill in your order amount, review the exchange rate and fees.
Once you're satisfied with the details, click "Send Now" to proceed to the verification steps.
Income proof documents
To complete your large transfer, you will need to submit one of the following types of income proof:
1. Payslips (within the last three months)
2. Bank Statements (showing income deposits, such as salary)
3. Tax Return
Once you’ve uploaded your income proof, please read and confirm the Large Transfer Rules and Risks Reminder to ensure you're fully informed before proceeding.

Remitter Verification
Your account is already verified. To complete the remitter verification, you only need to:
1. Complete Facial Verification
2. Provide Your Signature
Please clearly spell out each letter of your name for the signature, or please ensure your signature matches the one on your ID document (e.g., if you later use a passport for recipient verification, sign exactly as it appears on your passport).
Recipient Verification
You can either select an existing recipient or add a new one. Here’s how to proceed:
1. If the recipient is your own bank account, you can proceed directly with the verification in the app.
2. Upload a valid document issued by the country of the recipient’s currency (e.g., passport, national ID, or driver's license). Make sure to capture the full document, including your signature if applicable (e.g., on a passport). Scanned copies or photos taken from a screen will not be accepted.
3. Complete the facial verification and wait for the review.
If the recipient is someone else’s account:
1. Click "Share to Recipient" and enter the recipient’s phone number.
2. Contact the recipient and ask them to check their SMS for a link to complete the recipient verification.
What to Do If Your Verification Fails?
If your large transfer verification is rejected, you will receive an SMS notification. Here’s what to do next:
1. Go back to the Large Transfer page.
2. Click "Send Now" to check which document was not approved.
3. Following the steps above and resubmit the required document for verification.
