e-Transfer payment guide

 

1. Create an order in Panda Remit APP and choose e-Transfer to pay

 

 

2.Open your online banking app

 

 

The following uses RBC Bank  as an example

 

Step 1: Click below [More Money]

Step 2:

Click [Send an Interac e-Transfer]

Step 3:

Click [From Account ] and select the Account you want to transfer money to.

 

Step 4:

At [Amount], enter the Amount of the transfer + handling charge.

Please note that payments and receipts via Interac eft are subject to daily, weekly and monthly caps.

 

Step 5:

In the Recipient Account (To) drop-down menu, select recipient information.

If PandaRemit is not in the list, please top (Add a Contact) and Add the receiver. Then enter the name and valid email address of the PandaRemit (information below)

 

Remarks：Add Panda Remit- Canada Bank Account

Account Name：Panda Remit

Email：ca@pandaremit.com

 

 

Please make sure that the displayed First Name/Last Name, email and phone number match the beneficiary’s info

 

Step 6:

Scroll down and enter the remarks displayed in the APP in (Message).

Please pay attention! Please be sure to note, otherwise it may affect the account validity.

 

At the bottom, click "Continue",

Check the remittance information:

 

Account Name: Panda Remit

Email:payment@pandaremit.com

Your exclusive transfer Remarks [Message]

 

After checking, click 【Send Now】!

Congratulations, transfer completed!

 

 

 

Now, you just need to return to the PandaRemit 

and wait for the order to be processed and received
