How to add Your Starryblu Account via PayNow / Bank Transfer

1. Add via PayNow
Step 1: Open the App and Tap the "+" Add Button
Step 2: Select Your Payment Method
Choose PayNow or Bank Transfer as your Add method.
Step 3: Enter the Amount You Wish to Add
Step 4: System Will Generate Add Details
The system will display the top-up account information, including:

PayNow UEN or QR Code
-
Beneficiary Name
-
Reference Code

5.Open your Singapore bank app and locate the PayNow button.
6.Use PayNow QR to scan and make your payment.
7.Or, select PayNow via UEN to complete the payment.
2. Add via Bank Transfer (Local SGD Bank)
Step 1: Open Singapore Bank App (e.g., DBS, OCBC, UOB, etc.)
Step 2: Enter the Add Amount and Fill in the Reference Code
Make sure to enter the Reference Code provided by the system into the "Remarks" or "Reference" field.
Step 3: Double-Check and Confirm the Transfer
Once all details are correct, complete the transfer in your bank app.
⚠️ Important: Be sure to enter the correct Reference Code, or the system might not be able to credit your balance automatically!
4.Open your Singapore banking app and choose Bank Transfer
5.Add your Starryblu account as the recipient account for the transfer.
6.Go to the Bank Transfer page in the Panda Remit app to find your Starryblu add account details and add them to your bank app.
3. Add via Cross-Border SWIFT Transfer
The system will generate a set of international bank details for your top-up, including:

Bank Name

Bank Address
-
SWIFT Code
-
Beneficiary Name
-
Account Number / IBAN
-
Reference Code (Payment Note)
⚠️ Please enter the correct Reference Code in your bank’s payment note or remarks section to ensure automatic crediting.
2.Select a Cross-Border Banking App
3.Choose the International Transfer Option
4. Find and Add Your add Account in Panda Remit App
4. Wait for Auto Crediting
The system will automatically process your transfer and credit your Starryblu balance within a few minutes (local transfer) or 1–3 business days (SWIFT transfer).
