My Number Card

 

• What is My Number Card?

 

My Number Card (Individual Number Card) is a 12-digit number IC card issued to Japanese citizens and foreign residents.

 

 

 

 

• How to get a My Number Card?

 

When the city hall sends the Notification Card, it will send the My Number Card application form. There will be an exclusive QR code at the bottom of the application form.

 

 

 

 

There are generally 3 ways to apply for a My Number Card

 

 

Method 1: Complete My Number Card application form and send by post.

 

Method 2: Scan the QR code at the bottom of the application form and apply online on a computer, smartphone, etc.

 

Method 3: Bring the application form to a self-service ID photo camera that can apply, and take a photo of your face to apply.

 

 

 

How to use My Number Card (個人番号r) to verify account

 

 

if you choose Upload My Number Card(個人番号) + Residence Card (在留カード)  to verify Panda account(5 photos in total)

1.The first photo: Back of My Number Card(個人番号);

 

 

2.The second photo is Front of Residence card(在留カードとは);

 

3.The third photo is Back of Residence Card(在留カード);

 

4.The fourth photo is Side of Residence Card(在留カード);

 

5.The fifth photo is Residence Card(在留カード) and personal profile；

 

Waiting for review(Within 10 minutes account will be verified)

 

 

When verification is passed, you will receive a text message and notification
