Step by Step Registration Guide    

Step 1: Launch Panda Remit    

Open the Panda Remit App or access via H5 page    

Tap [Send Now]    

Step 2: Account Registration    

1. Select [Register]    

2. Choose Hong Kong as your remittance market  

3. Enter your mobile number to receive an SMS verification code  

4. Input the 6 digit code and click [Register]    

Step 3: Complete Account Setup    

Tap [Send Now] to submit your account information.  

Two Account Opening Methods    

Option 1: IAM Smart Quick Login (Recommended)    

One click authorization via IAM Smart  

If unavailable, proceed with Option 2    

Option 2: Manual Submission    

Submit required personal details & ID documents  :  

Hong Kong ID Card    

Mainland China ID Card    

Home Return Permit (for Hong Kong/Macau residents)  

Passport (all nationalities)  

Key Notes:    

Upload clear, original documents (copies/screenshots not accepted)  

Verify all personal information before submission  

Approval notification will be sent via SMS  

Step 4: Add Recipient & Start Transfers

Once your account is successfully opened:  
1. Add recipient details immediately  
2. Begin making secure global transfers
